HELP!!!!!

If you can't figure something out or you've found a problem with the program, this nifty little feature is all you need to make things right again. Just type in a message explaining the problem, and click Send and it will be sent to support@homedomination.com where we'll happily look into the problem for you. We'll get back to you as soon as possible, frequently within the hour. Don't be shy about asking for help, even if you haven't purchased the program yet.

At the bottom of the dialog is an Attach Data File check box. This indicates that your control file should be sent as an attachment. The Attach Log File check box indicates that your log file will be sent. You can uncheck these boxes if you have privacy concerns, but for many types of problems, this information is very important for determining a solution to your problem. You can also manually send an email to support@homedomination.com and attach the files if you would rather.

Setup Email - If you don't have Outlook Express, you may need to set up information about your email account before you will be able to send emails with this option.

All problems that are reported are treated with urgency. They will be logged in our bug tracking system and we'll fix them as soon as possible. If there is a work-around to a problem, we'll let you know right away.
