Video Cleanup

This window lets you set up cleanup options for a particular video source.  You can set it to deleting the oldest files based on a combination of size, quantity, or age.

If more than one cleanup option checked, then it will delete the oldest files when any of the selected criteria is exceeded.

Limit Display Quantity to - This indicates the maximum number of pictures to display on the video tabs on the main control window.

Limit Capture Directory Size to - This indicates that when cleanup is done, it should delete the oldest files until the size of the directory is less than or equal to this amount.

Limit Capture Directory Quantity to - This indicates that when cleanup is done, it should delete the oldest files until there are only this many pictures in the directory.

Delete Capture Files Older Than - This indicates that when cleanup is done, it should delete all pictures that are older than a certain age.

Cleanup Start Date - This is the date that cleanup should first start.  It uses this as a starting point for calculating when cleanup should be done if the cleanup interval is not every day.  It will use the check boxes to determine what pictures to remove.

Cleanup Interval - This indicates how often cleanup should be done.  You can choose the number of units to wait between cleanup and the type of those units (days, months, years, etc.).  If you have a lot of hard disk space and want to be able to refer back to snapshot, you may want to clean up less often, and if you don't have much available hard disk space or don't care about old snapshots, you may want to clean up more often.
